Private sessions are suitable if you:

  • want to move with more clarity and confidence

  • experience discomfort, tension, or recurring pain

  • feel overwhelmed in group classes or want individual attention

  • wish to deepen your understanding of postures and movement

  • prefer a calm, focused, non-performative approach to yoga

No prior yoga experience is required.

How we work

Each session follows a structured and intentional process rather than a fixed routine.

Sessions may include:

  • posture work with precise alignment cues

  • intelligent sequencing adapted to your body

  • breath awareness and nervous system regulation

  • clear explanations of why and how movements are introduced

  • gradual progression that supports long-term practice

The goal is not to “do more”, but to move better, with understanding.

Every session is adapted to you.

We work with:

Format & availability

Session timing and frequency are arranged individually, based on mutual agreement (in Lithuanian or English language).
Availability is limited in order to maintain a focused and sustainable teaching schedule.
