Aigustė Karaliūnaitė is a yoga teacher with an international background and a practice rooted in precision.
Her work is defined by correct alignment, thoughtful sequencing, and close attention to detail. Practice is approached as a structured process, where movement is taught clearly and intentionally, supporting safety, awareness, and long-term sustainability of the body.


Background
Teaching experience has been shaped across different countries and educational environments, including extensive work in London and international yoga settings. Exposure to diverse teaching cultures has informed a grounded, adaptable approach that balances traditional foundations with contemporary understanding of movement.
After returning to Vilnius, Aigustė founded and ran AI|YOGA studio. This period played an important role in refining her teaching methodology and understanding of long-term practice development.

Aigustė Karaliūnaitė is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level, and holds additional certifications including RPYT and YACEP.
